Trash/Recycling

Trash services are weekly curbside services provided by Zan's Refuse and recycling is biweekly curbside provided by Hanover County

TRASH:

Each resident is provided one 96 gallon can by Zan's Refuse. The fees for this service are include in the monthly HOA assessment. A second 96 gallon can is available  (for an additional fee) by contacting Zan's. Cans should be placed curbside by 5am on collection day (Wednesday) and returned to storage by the next day. Approved storage is in a garage or behind dedicated shielding. Builder-provided lattice shielding is acceptable for one trash can and one recycling can. Replacement of a damaged can must be coordinated between homeowners and Zan's. 

Zan's has 3 holidays annually - Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. If these holiday fall on or before pickup day then pickup will be delayed 1 day those weeks.

RECYCLING:

Recycling service is provided by Hanover County through their servicer CVWMA. This bi-weekly service is included as part of your annual property tax assessment.
