The Fun Committee plans and organizes all of our neighborhood social events throughout the year. You can join as a full committee member or simply volunteer to help run a single event!
Popular Community Events: Summer Pool Parties, Spring Festival, Fall & Halloween Festivals, Food Truck Nights, and Toddler Playground Meetups.
Clubs & Special Interest: BUNCO Night, Super Bowl Contests, LEGO Challenges, Golf Outings, and the Giles Book Club.

This committee helps maintain and optimize our neighborhood clubhouse and pool operations. Members work closely with the Board of Directors to recommend facility improvements, manage key fob issuances, assist with private clubhouse rentals, and refine operational rules and procedures.

The ARC is a 5-person committee appointed by the Board of Directors to review homeowner Architectural Modification Requests in accordance with our community guidelines. The committee works collaboratively with residents to ensure home modifications remain consistent with Giles Design Guidelines while keeping our neighborhood beautiful and updating standards over time.
Submitting a Modification Request: To submit a new request or check on a pending application, please log into the ACS West Homeowner Portal and navigate to the Requests tab.
Joining the ARC: While the 5 committee seats are currently filled, residents interested in future open seats are encouraged to email a brief expression of interest to the Board of Directors.
