Giles residents utilize three primary online systems depending on the service needed. Below is your guide to logging in, setting up new accounts, and avoiding extra payment fees.

The Vantaca Portal, managed by ACS West, Inc., is the primary system for all financial and official property management tasks. Every Giles homeowner receives a private account to track payments and property records securely.
This is your main administrative hub for managing your property, paying dues, and communicating with management.

When you purchase your home, ACS West sends a welcome letter via USPS or email (look for a message from admin@acswest.org).
To set up your account on the login page, you will need two pieces of information from that letter:
Account Number: GLH######
Portal Key: 12-digit alphanumeric code
If you cannot find your setup letter or key, click the link on the login page to request a new key directly from ACS West.

Financials: View account balances, check payment history, set up zero-fee auto-draft payments, or pay for amenities (Replacement FOBs, Clubhouse rentals, Pool party fees).
Requests & Support: Submit general management requests, report maintenance/violation concerns, and submit Architectural Review Committee (ARC) modification requests.
Amenities & Events: Request clubhouse rentals and pool parties, and view availability calendars.
Community Resources: Access governing documents, covenants, board/committee contacts, community calendars, and official updates.

Order replacement passes for lost or stolen cards.
Purchase additional guest passes (beyond the 5 initial passes included with your household account).

First Citizens Bank provides a direct payment portal for HOA dues and fees.

⚠️ Important Fee Notice: First Citizens Bank charges an additional administrative processing fee on all transactions through this third-party site, including both credit card and bank draft payments.
How to avoid the fee: You can make online payments with zero processing fees by using the primary ACS West Portal at home.acswest.org.
If you choose to use Property Pay, you will need the Management ID, Association ID, and your Property/Account # found on your ACS West intro letter.
