Most homeowner functions can be accessed through your homeowner portal provided by our management company ACS West at 

https://home.acswest.org

Sign up instructions for new users can be found on the login page above. New accounts should be provided with a portal key (12 digit alphaneumeric code) and account number (GLH######) via USPS and/or email (look for an intro letter from admin@acswest.org). If you do not have these follow the instructions on the login page for requesting one.

Examples of functions this portal provides:

• Receive and View Community Messages and Updates

• View Account Balance

• View Payment History

• Make Additional Payments (Replacement FOB, Clubhouse Rental, Pool Party, etc)

• Setup Autodraft Payments (No charge)

• General Requests to the Community Manager (Maintenance, Violation concerns, etc)

• Architectural Review Committee Modification Requests

• Clubhouse Rental Requests

• Pool Party Requests

• View Community Calendar (Social Events, Board Meetings, etc)

• View Amenity Calendars (Existing and Tentative Clubhouse and Pool Party Reservations)

• Board Member Contact Information

• Committee Contact Information

• Governing Documents and Declarations

• Amenity Request Forms

A second portal is available for pool-specific functions at

This portal provides

• New Resident Pool Pass Request

• Existing Resident Replacement Pool Pass Request (For Lost or Stolen)

• Guest Pass Purchase (Beyond initial 5 included guest passes)

• Pool Handbook

A third portal directly to the HOA Bank (First Citizens Bank) is available at

https://propertypay.firstcitzens.com

Please note this portal will charge you an additional adminstrative fee for every transaction, regardless of credit card or bank draft payment method. You can avoid the administrative fees by using the primary homeowner portal at https://home.acswest.org .  If you choose to use the firstcitizens.com portal you will need to create an account with the Management ID, Association ID, and Property/Account # provided on the intro letter (same intro letter for acswest.org website sent via USPS and/or email from admin@acswest.org)
